Hi, I’m Alexis!
I grew up in Brisbane, Australia, looking at birds and animals whenever possible. I’ve been working in animation for about 10 years, touching on nearly every part of production - my main strengths are in 2D animation, storyboarding and character design.
From 2010 to 2016 I worked on a variety of short projects for clients including Australia Post, KAPWA, Studio JOHO, Beyond Blue, the Australian Psychological Society, the CSIRO, the GOMA and the RSPCA.
In 2016 I moved to Vancouver, and from October 2016 until April 2019 had a great time at Slap Happy Cartoons, doing episodic designs on Tom and Jerry and storyboard revisions on The Hollow.
Currently I’m doing character design and animation for Chicory; A Colorful Tale, an independent video game! Check us out on twitter!
